Concept Owner, Controlling & Treasury

We’re seeking a Concept Owner, Controlling and Treasury to design and own Controlling & Treasury solution globally ensuring proper governance and documentation of our solutions, including maintenance and support.
You will help to define the service strategy and roadmap, oversee day-to-day performance, and act as the primary interface between IT and business stakeholders. You will ensure services are aligned with enterprise architecture, secure, resilient, and scalable—driving continuous improvement, process harmonization, and innovation that supports our business transformation.
Key responsibilities
- Manages IT services and application tasks, including vendor management.
- Manages stakeholders expectations, and translates business requirements into functional specifications (ability to communicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders)
- Ensures services and applications are available, secure, and perform effectively.
- Monitors service performance and user satisfaction.
- Drives standardization, automation, and improvement initiatives.
- Agrees, manages and reports service performance towards business.
- License and 3rd party-service contract management within service area.
- Designs Controlling & Treasury solution globally ensuring proper governance and documentation of our solutions, including maintenance and support
- Conducts current state assessments to identify gaps and aligns system functionality with business objectives (strategic alignment)
- Prepares budgets and forecasts, ensuring compliance and cost-efficiency.
- IT strategy definition and execution for controlling and treasury services across their lifecycle.
Your profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent qualifications
- Practical experience in SAP with a focus on SAP FI/CO.
- Profound knowledge of Finance and controlling processes
- SAP project experience and ability to do SAP customizing
- SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA project experience
- Understanding of Treasury processes, especially within a commodity environment (e.g. Finastra, 360T, Nomentia, Quantum). Knowledge of FIS solution is not mandatory, but considered an advantage
- Knowledge of IT architecture
- Analytical approach and proven proactive approach to continuous improvement
- Ability to build up trust and respect by excellent co-operation and communication skills
- Support business case development from an IT perspective
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
